Hotel Merida

The staff were wonderful, very polite, very helpful, and accomodate any requests we had. The room and facilities were very clean! The Márago Café is wonderful, great food, super tasty and well done.

The hotel is very beautifully designed in a colonial well maintained building, especially the entrance area is very nice. People working in this hotel are very guest oriented. Veryone is trying their best to make your stay nice. The location is the best, it is the center of everything, all important sightseeings, best restaurants are all 1-2 blocks away. It has a very nice pool with a good atmosphere, which we enjoyed daily. In front of our room there were chairs and a table to rest, you will have a very nice view. The breakfast place working together with the hotel is inside the hotel and has nice interiors. Many good breakfast and lunch places near by. Even with problems like bathroom ect, we still think this is the best hotel all in all we stayed in Mexico. We had a great time here! Thank you for all your kindnesses!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent.

We could have spent our valuable vacation time, asking around town about the cenote tour, but instead just bought it from the front desk, and enjoyed it immensely. The room was HUGE and the pool was good too.

I like the location of this hotel and downstairs is the Marago coffee which is open for breakfast lunch and dinner. They also serve great coffee. The location us great because walking to the center is about 5 minutes or less. So many restaurants nearby you don't have to walk very far. Also you can schedule tours at the hotel or even across the street. Shopping areas are just down the street from the hotel. There is a nice pool at the hotel and good ac jn the rooms. Convenient location.
